We had great service from Jane and the Sourdough movers. They were careful to protect the furniture and moved everything without a single problem. The movers arrived on time and were very friendly. We appreciated all the efforts they made and were glad we chose Sourdough Transfer for our move.

We had the best movers, they were quick and efficient! Got all our stuff packed securely and loaded in 2 days! A big thank you to Zach, Mata, Byron, and their helpers that came on the second day! We recommend this company to everyone that is moving!

Wonderful company to work with! Both times we've moved with them, the crew handling our items has been beyond professional, helpful, and gone out of the way to make things easy. All items were well packed and handled - not a single thing lost or damaged, even on a move up from the Lower 48. I even had one of the moving crew stop me at work to ask how our new house was and if we were settling in alright. Overall an amazing company to work with and highly recommended!

This was my first time using a moving company and they made the process fast and easy. The movers showed up right on time and were professional and really knew what they were doing. None of my floors or brand new flooring was damaged and they even cleaned up after themselves as it had been pouring rain all day and they had to walk through my house to move stuff. I definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed

Helped us coordinate a complicated move from Boston which required contracting another company. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the process, gave us a better price than other places we looked at and the movers in Anchorage were excellent. Would definitely hire them again.

We moved from Oklahoma to Alaska and sourdough transfer was the company that helped with unpacking our stuff and setting up our furniture! They also reweighed our things after being asked because the guys from Oklahoma tried to make some extra money. The movers in Oklahoma did a horrible job while the guys from sourdough transfer did amazing! They were fast, professional, clean and fun to work with. They also dealt with all of my swearing super well! I would definitely recommend them. Plus they had no problems rebuilding our furniture although the guys from Oklahoma did not pack any instructions and parts were all over, not just in the parts box. A big plus was that they put carpet protector down everywhere, something we had never seen during all our other moves with the military.

This is the best place to weigh your vehicle on a CAT scale if you're shipping your vehicle. Because they only charge about $20 to both weigh it empty and loaded. Other places charge around $30 for each weigh.

They came out to move me from anchorage to Wisconsin. I believe they are by far the best moving company! Everyone was extremely professional, very kind especially to my pets. If i could use this company again I would. 100/10 Thank you for all the help Sourdough Transfer!!

We had Sourdough Transfer come and pack us out for our move from Fairbanks to Maine. The guys were courteous, efficient and professional. Moving is a bit of a stressor, and they were so nice about taking care of our house, our dogs and packing our things for the move. Thank you!!!!

We had a very poor experience moving from western NY to Eagle River, AK using Vantage Movers who hired Bravo Moving. Bravo Moving contracted with Sourdough Transfer to unload a 40 ft conex with our household goods. Bravo Moving told them they had 2 hours to unload the conex while the driver waited (very unusual in our experience). Sourdough sent a crew of 6 guys (Jaelin, Chris, Brandon, Dennis, Dontehl and Pat) and they were amazing! They unloaded in just under 2 hours! This was incredible given that a lot of things weren't wrapped or packed, which meant they had to carry a lot of things individually that weren't boxed or protected. They put most things in the garage so the truck could leave and then worked with us to get everything that needed to go into the house into the appropriate rooms. Bravo Moving did not label or mark any of the boxes so we had to open them to determine where they went. The team was organized and worked well together and with us. We appreciated their efforts so much. If you are looking for movers, use these guys! P.S. Don't use Vantage Movers or Bravo Moving if you care about timelines, communication and your stuff.
